What an amazing weekend! Asha got to see one of her cribmates for the first time since leaving Kolkata, and we got to meet some of the families we have been blogging and emailing with for years! It was so very special. As I sat amongst my friends, watching our children play and laugh and run together, I fondly recalled memories from my childhood where I felt carefree and safe, playing with my friends or family as our parents talked, never wanting those moments to end. I hope this yearly weekend together will become a favorite for Asha, because it is already a favorite for Kirk and I!
